About
About me
I am a psychologist and existential psychotherapist in private practice in Athens. My training is rooted in the existential and phenomenological tradition, and my work is shaped by a genuine interest in how each person inhabits their own life — the choices they face, the meanings they carry, and what they find difficult to live with.
I work with adults individually and in groups, adapting my approach to the person and the relationship that develops in the room. Alongside private practice, I work with cancer patients and their carers at K.E.F.I., providing individual support and coordinating a psychological support group.
I was born in the Netherlands and have lived in Greece for over two decades. My native languages are Greek and Dutch; I also work in English. I serve as webmaster for FETE, the Federation for Existential Therapy in Europe.
